The basics of an effective crisis management, the organization and preparation of your risk management system are essential.

In order to be resilient to cope with risks, it is vital to previously design a crisis management system in order to better implement preventive actions.

TRAIN AND PREPARE TO ACTION

In order to ensure the complete appropriation of these risk management systems, we support you in the organization of training, exercises, information meetings and in the development of awareness materials.

The training sessions encourage the hands-on training with the provided tools by all of the crisis management stakeholders. They are complemented by exercises and simulations in order to test the mobilization of the teams and the effectiveness of the systems, thus allowing to continuously identify the improvements required.

Awareness-raising actions and information meetings aimed for a wider public in order to induce perception of the risk and to remind people of the good behavior to adopt. Everyone is also an actor in their own safeguarding.
