COP 27: “Predict Services can contribute to the global early warning system”

“Alix Roumagnac, president of the Montpellier-based company Predict Services (weather risk management), has just returned from a week spent in Sharm el-Sheikh with the French delegation. He went to present a French initiative, carried with Meteo France International, to respond to a program launched by the United Nations and intended to provide all countries of the planet with an early warning system (half do not have one). The company director, who is very committed to the fight against global warming, testifies. And he is not so pessimistic.”
